Combining roulette and a slot machine? It might seem like a crazy idea at first, but at Leander Games they tried to do just that and it works surprisingly well. Reely roulette is a perfect combination of two independent types of games. At first glance, it looks like a normal five-reel slot machine without any special elements.
The graphics are nice, with a very pleasant retro vibe. The whole game screen has a style reminiscent of the thirties and forties. But don't expect any excessive graphical elements. After all, the roulette style does not give much space for the graphics to shine. The whole retro vibe is reinforced by the music, which unfortunately repeats in a short loop. Even though the music is quite nice, you'll probably turn it off after a short while.
The rules are simple. Select the number of rows you want to play with, place your bet and spin the machine. In the right side of the screen, there's an inconspicuous button (SPIN YOUR ROULETTE). A single press will completely change the game.
Instead of a classic slot machine, you're suddenly also playing roulette (and by "also", we mean simultaneously). From now on whenever you spin the reels, you can place bets on slots as well as place classic roulette bets.
The movement of the ball is replaced by the field in the center row of the fifth reel. Its value always represents the value of the field where the "ball stopped". Roulette bets are always placed using the current bet on the winning row. This allows you to easily multiply your winnings.
And you can win even more money if you manage to get bonus symbols simultaneously on the 3rd, 4th and 5th reel. That triggers the start of a bonus game (roulette with several wheels). At the beginning, you choose a chip and can win 3, 4 or 5 roulette spins. After that you place a total of 12 chips on the classical roulette table and spin the roulette. Each spin represents the possibility of a separate winning, so you have the opportunity to get really nice bonuses.
Overall, we consider Reely roulette to be a good machine. It offers an excellent and long-lasting gaming experience which will not bore you (the only exception to this is the short music loop).
